Was looking at these as I want to try and get fuel efficient

The Michelin mentioned above are a B on fuel

I know I bought Hankook before and someone told me it was a cheap brand. I thought it was one of the decent one....so what is a top of the range brand?

Check out the amount of new cars that come factory fitted with Hankooks. They're not even a mid range tyre anymore. I'm on my 3rd set of the ventus primes (2&3's)

Hankook is Korean and is often fitted to new Hyundais and Kias.

OE fitment for Beemer's and Mini's from their Hungarian factory. Not sure about Ford's but seen a couple of 192s with Hankooks locally

I bought 4 Goodyear eagle f1s for my Audi this time last year... very good grip in both dry and wet.
But the Best Tyres I ever owned were Michelin pilot sports.

Good year eagle F1, fantastic tyre can’t recommend them enough.

Have Michelin Pilot Sport 4S myself.
Bit disappointed in the wear, but the reinforced sidewalls have certainly prevented a blowout

Would never buy a cheap tyre. It can be the difference between life and death.

Is it just me is it more difficult to find the Asymmetric 3 in stock now. And if I do for me them the asymmetric 5 are a mile cheaper? Any ideas if they're as good? Tyre size is 235 45 17

I’ve has as2, then as3 and now a mix of as3 on rear and as5 on front and haven’t really noticed any difference. They are all very good. All on the same car too.
