4th year/mature students looking for rooms in Limerick

    Myself and a friend are desperately searching for rooms for the full year.
    I will be studying a one year level 8 add on in Digital Marketing at LIT after finishing 3 years study at CIT, and my friend is a mature student just returned from Canada starting a course in Multimedia also at LIT.
    We are both from West Cork and have references from previous tenancies.

    Would anyone know of or have rooms to rent anywhere near Limerick city or even close to UL? we are more familiar with the Castletroy area so the distance would not bother us.
    Any help appreciated!
