Hello, trying to figure out Company law requirements and struggling a bit.

I'm look to voluntarily strike off a company. its year end is 31 December.

2018 accounts were audited and filed with CRO in March 2019. the next ARD date if nothing happened is 30 September 2020.

the company has wound down such that the total ssets are now less then €150 (CRO requirement). The CRO website says form H15 is required. is ther any requirement to have my auditor do anything on he Company - i.ee. statement of assets and liabilities etc?

4 steps in VSO. See here , also would suggest having a word with the company accountant/auditor.

For those who don't want the bother of doing it all themselves there are VSO services provided by a few companies. One is closedforbusiness.ie. I love the name :D. I've no connection with that company just have used them a few times and was very happy with the service provided.
