Having broker write more options

If there's only a certain amount of puts or calls (or none even) for a certain stock in the market, is there a way I can have a broker choose a strike etc and write them for me? How big a client would I need to be for them to do this? I'm only looking to invest 10-20k. If this isn't possible, does anyone know of any tools…

If this isn't possible, does anyone know of any tools where I can automatically find correlations between stocks (so I can buy more liquid option that's correlated with a certain stock)?
