Off shore accounts

    Has anyone any experience with setting up either a business or personal off shore accounts? Was talking with a guy in Hong Kong about trades that might be of interest to me and using off shore accounts for simplicity.

    I've heard all kinds of reason for opening an off shore account, invariable to do some thing illegal, but for simplicity is a new one!

    If you have to ask on a public forum, you are unlikely to be in the right circle to avail of them.
