Take down your Eircode Patsy, you might get 'unsolicited visitors'.....

I still have had no contact from anyone and we are starting to get desperate now. No water since Tuesday, it's simply not acceptable. I need assistance asap. I need someone to call to my house, putting my call on a complaints list is not the answer to my problem. I need my water back ASAP.

Hard to look into it when all the First Fix leak investigation workers & Repair crews have been let go by your contractors.

Is that why that customer has been left without water for 3/4 days now?

Its more likely that the customer wont tell them where they are so its kinda hard for them to investigate.

    Is it?

I'm fairly certain it's got to do with what I said.

Well he gave his Eircode in the first post. Still visible in the initial reply from Irish water. And how do you know he hasn't replied to them?

They said sorry for not getting back to the customer.

    Wise up, buddy.

IW have 4 contractors doing the ground work for them. These contractors have well had now leak investigation teams & repair crews subbed in to carry out the first fix scheme work. Contractors have stood down these workers within the last two weeks. I defy IW say other wise. Repairing leaks, my arse.
