What will it be different next time !!??
Why they dont have a live camera feed from the orbiter ?
How do we know what went wrong ? How do we prevent it next time !?
Do we need to ask permission to someone ?

I mean "we" as humanity ,as i am sure few of us are so ****y happy now.

Vikram descent was normal up to altitude of 2.1 km. Then we lost communication. Data being analysed: K Sivan, Isro chief

India is doing this on $141m

Each Apollo mission cost more than our annual GDP at the time.

Even the US of A is having problems getting back.

So far NASA have spent $32,000 on SLS and it's looking like another $30,000 over the next few years. And that doesn't include Orion manned capsule.

All to replicate Saturn V or a pair of SpaceX Falcon Heavys which retail for about $90m - $125 depending on what options you choose.
