OS map for new build

Does anyone know where to get one?
We are building a new house and Fingal CoCo are refusing to accept an Eircode or GPS coordinates for the site location to get services attached to the house.

They are insisting on an OS map. Does anyone know where you can get one?

    Has anyone done this before?

The house is nearly complete and already has an eircode assigned, very annoying that they won't accept that.

Why don’t they accept an Eircode? It’s accurate enough

Because you have to provide the map.
You should have one from your Planning Application.
