Garage Floor Paint

    looking for a decent hard wearing paint for a garage floor, I used Ronseal floor paint, thiswas very bad, its going on a concrete floor which is smooth

    trafiic will be very low, a car once or twice a week on it

    the current ronseal is all flaking and chipping

    the area is 30x26ft

    I'd be looking at this thread for ideas, you may find that you need to abrade the current floor to allow the epoxy to key in to it properly.

    2k epoxy paint is the only job for garage floor paint. I got it from lad on Facebook . WG industrial paints. Will deliver to the door aswell. This is my own shed

    How smooth would the floor have to be ? Mine was lightly pock marked because it rained the day after it went down.

    Mine was powerfloated so not 100% smooth but better than a trowel finish and looks grand. Give your man a shout in WG paints he will advise if it's ok or not.

    In my old house the garage was connected to the house internally with a door.
    I got some industrial floor paint and lashed it on.
    The whole house stank for about 2 week!
    Nothing I did could air it out.

    Buy "food safe" epoxy floor paint... it is low odour
