Sonos Surround Sound

Ive a Sonos Beam and 2 Play 1s, and have them hooked up together to create a 5.0 system (I think)

It’s all connected to a Sony Bravia, via the HDMI Arc.

I want to ensure that it’s Outputting Dolby, but not sure how to do this. The options on the TV are PCM, or Auto, but says nothing about Dolby!

When I open the Sonos app, it’s says that “audio in” is stereo, and I’m wondering how to change this to Dolby? Any help appreciated

Did you ever get this sorted? I'm considering getting a beam to add to a couple of plays - wondering if it's a good option.
