if you ever see a Traveller in a corsa, insignia, astra etc it always turns out to be a vauxhall and not an opel. why is this?

UK cars so far cheaper, plus spec is usually higher. I've only owned Vauxhall am I'm not a traveller, I just import all my cars and like Vauxhall, they suit my needs and are reliable.
A few travellers live around Castlebar with various Vauxhalls and the cars get some abuse, but keep going.
I'd be weary of buying a 2md hand Vauxhall here however.

I spotted a Holden Astra (the Australian version) in Dun Laoghaire recently. It was just a standard base model, so I don't understand why anyone would go to the trouble of importing it.

Anyway, sorry about that, back to the highly original Traveller bashing.
