    Hi all,
Coming from town today on the Luas to Broombride and then on towards Maynooth on the train. However, got to Broombridge and no where to buy a train ticket.... am I entitled to get on the train without a ticket?

    Cheers

You must pay your rail fare at the final destination. But would it not be easier for you to get a Leap card?

Perhaps the OP is not a frequent user of the railway? I for one use the rail service once or twice a year and a LEAP card is of no convenient/cost effective use to me.

No IR machines still. You can top up Leap at the Luas ones but they can't provide paper tickets
