    Hi All,


    I admit I'm being lazy but couldn't get clear answer on revenue.ie



    My finance has been offered a severance payment as they looking to get rid of headcount


    I know that redundancy is tax free for someone who hasn't received one in last 10 years but I'm not sure about severance payments? Will she be taxed on this & if so by how much?
