    Hi
It seems like the card Care site is down. It was working okay on Saturday, but is unreachable for login or new registration since yesterday Sunday morning.
    Can you check it out?
Maybe related to banking365 maintenance early on Sunday.

    Back again.

Card Care site is in trouble again.

Initially it was telling me that you could only login from secure BOI locations.

When I tried it on my phone, it told me that I had been locked out of my account and that I should reset my password or contact support.

Went back to broadband again, and now getting same message as on phone.

Tried the reset password options, and after entering my details and the security question, it tells me it cannot fulfill this request at this time, try later!

BOI online stuff getting worse by the day.....

    Just a follow up.

Site seems to be back online, still could not login, hit the password reset option, and received a temporary password, and guess what, it does not work!

So not sure what's going on, rang support number, but gave up due to excessive wait times.

As I said earlier, BOI online stuff just getting worse day by day.....

Sorry to report, but still not working for me - same as this morning.
Cannot login with original password (which I never typed in wrong).
Have done 2 password resets, but neither will let me login.
