    Hi,

    Just wondering when the new app might be launched and available.

    Also, is there a reason why Mastercard transactions take do long to appear on the ad p or banking 365.

    Hi there feardeas,

    Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us here on Boards.

    Our digital team are actively working on the new app which will be available by the end of 2019 and customers will be moved across on a phased basis into 2020. As soon as we confirm a launch date we will advise all customers.

    Credit card transactions are processed differently to Visa Debit card transactions and this can result in credit card transactions taking longer to appear.
