Pixelation on RTE 1

    Hi Folks

TV's in the lounge & the den are served by the same rooftop aerial.

RTE 1 and +1 are the only channels experiencing picture breakup & only on the telly in the den. I've tried retuning the TV, checked connections on coax etc.

Where to next in the process of elimination?

Funny i had the same issue and needed a booster fitted but later found out cable of good quality was faulty.

I am receiving signals from Clermont Carn and RTE1 and RTE 1 +1 as well as RTE2+1 and Virgin Media 3 are my weakest channels as they are on the weaker munltiplex (Ch56) while RTE2/Virgin Media 1/Virgin Media 2/TG4 (Ch52) are more robust.

Might need to change their service to ****view.

I'm receiving signal from Mt. Leinster.

If it were the coax, would that not effect more channels than RTE 1 & +1?

Go into tuning menu and see what UHF channel you are receiving the 'pixelated' channels from.

Your TV might have retuned to a different transmitter with an inferior signal for some reason

Mt Leinster should be 23 and 26 for both MUXs
