Not getting snapchat notifications on my Huawei p20.

    Hi any help appreciated. I recently got a p20 and all is good but I never seem to get snapchat notifications. I normally wouldn't care but I've a new boss and he loves using snapchat groups as a way to communicate. I'm not a social media person so I always forget to log in. Any way to fix this? Every other notification is working fine.

    Settings
    Battery
    App Launch
    Press Button on right of Snapchat
    Manage Manually should come up
    Press them all on

    Settings
    Type Battery into search box
    Press Battery Optimization
    Top left press not allowed and change to all apps
    Press Snapchat and changed to dont allowed


    Basically Huawei and most of the phone makers want to manage how and when apps are launched killed etc so the batteries last longer and their phones look good
