ATM cards being replaced by Visa Debit!

    Hi!
    I'm asking this for question for a relative. They were issued a letter in about March saying there standard ATM card was being replaced with a Visa Debit in June of this year.
    The letter went onto say that they were discontinuing  the ATM cards and a few other services offered at the ATM. 
    At this point they haven't received a new Visa Debit card. 
    Is this services still going ahead or are things delayed?
