I did just last week, it wasn't easy.

Everybody judges. We're supposed to say "I'm such a nice person I'd never judge anyone" but learning to judge people for who they are and not who they want you to believe they are, is the most important life skill you'll learn. There's plenty of charismatic sociopaths out there who prey on naive people and you have to be able to spot them.
