Reading revenues website if an employer gives an employee and interest free loan BIK is charged at 13.5%.

They give the example of a €10k loan. Is the 1350€ the full amount? Ie if the loan was for 5 years is it 1350€ spread over 5 years?

    Interest is per annum.

It would not show up on a credit report if the employer isn't a member of credit agency.
