    Hi folks,

Just wondering if anyone can help out, virgin must have had an upgrade on their network last night because my TV and broadband were both off line this morning. Had to go to work so didn't get a chance to look at it till 8pm. Have had the ubee modem for a few years now. Never any issues untill now, it's stuck in a boot loop. Tried hard reset, nothing. Got a hub 3.0 from my bro and plugged it in. Synced up fine and WiFi connectivity. Only problem now is iv not Internet access. I think this is because the new modem has a new mac address and its not registered on their network. Is there anything I can do to get this up and running? Can I manually change the mac on the 3.0 to the ubee mac to fool the network?

Appriciate any feedback. Tech won't be out till Wednesday as the o/h was on the phone to them earlier but is lost when it comes to technology.

    Cheers

You cannot use a device not provisioned for your account. VM won't provision anything they don't supply to you directly.
