Cancelled my insurance

    Today I cancelled my insurance as they would not pay out on fire damage.(car is un-useable)
    They also refused any balance on the remaining 4 months.

    Tough luck, or have I any recourse?

    What cover did you have? Why wouldn't they cover fire damage?

    Your claim is against garage as mentioned above.

    Is it beyond repair?

    Get onto garage and see what they will do to sort it.

    How did the garage set it on fore . Were they repairing it ?

    already with solicitor.
    In the meantime, am I due anything back from the insurance from the premium?

    was in charge of someone else not listed on policy when damage occurred...
