    Hi all,

I have changed the battery of my Quantum 70 HKC alarm, and I need to reset the 3 years timer.

I don't have the Engineering code and the installer wants to charge me a call-out visit to give it to me.

Is it possible to do a reset of the system to bring it back to the default state?

    Thanks

oh, I tried a 4 digit code and then I got a messaged back saying "authorised by" asking me to confirm with the user code.
That was not the Eng code, right?

You have the correct engineer code. When asked authorised by..... enter your user code.
