AIB drawdown time

    Hi all,
    Anyone recently drawdown mortgage with AIB?

    How long did it take them to release the funds after solicitors request?

    Two days. They do a quick final credit check.

    My solicitor requested the funds on a Monday at 10am, solicitor received the funds Tuesday 1pm, seller's solicitor received 12pm next day. Keys were in my hand at 2pm.
