Sink pop-up stopper stuck.

    Hi Folks

I have one of those pop-up stoppers which is completly stuck down in the sink. Not budging at all. I've tried using a plunger to suck it back up.

I've tried getting at it from below but the pipe is right in the sink column and the wrench is too long to fit. I have to bend my hand at too sharp an angle to get a strong grip around the PVC pipe washer.

Anyone have any ideas before I fork out for a plumber?

    Thanks

Drain the sink. Dry stopper. Get a rubber glove and push into stopper and twist it anti clockwise. Might take a few twists. Only done my one last week
