Apologies if this isn’t quite plumbing / heating but not sure where else this question would fit !

If anyone has had this work done lately or knows average prices - Dublin area.

how much would you expect to pay for supply and fit of raised flooring in an attic space ? About 300 sq feet.
    It’s a 1970s house , there’s already rock wool insulation down.
    Thanks !

I did a replacement of my sub floor in my converted attic(similar floor area) 1 year ago.
Bellow thread will give full price for materials, won't include the labor(but expect at least same price as materials).

thanks Serox - I'm not as handy as you + don;t really have the time to bodge it myself (pack of OSB and raisers from B+Q have been sitting in the hall for a few months...) so I am just thinking of getting someone to come in and do it.
I have been quoted EUR 4.20 per sq foot for installation of 9 inch raised OSB

just wondering if that sounds reasonable ... ?

for screwing in a pack of raisers and OSB on top shouldn't take more than 1 day of work.
1200 euro seems a little high. I would expect the labor to be similar priced as materials or 10-20% higher.
This is not a skilled job. Any competent handyman could do this.
