    Does anyone know what is being built beside Farmer Brown's in Kilternan? It looks quite big but I thought the planning application for apartments here was refused?

    Planning permission for apartments was refused. I've seen a few developments in the Dun Laoghaire Council area winning appeals to Bord Planeala or by coming back to the Council planners with an amended proposal taking into account te grounds for refusal.
    I think DLR Council realise that there is an accommodation crisis and are easing a bit on objectionc
