Hi there, I am non-EEA and I finished my master's degree in biotech on November 2018. So after this I tried to search for biotech-related jobs to gain experience in Ireland. I have been looking for jobs for months in Ireland with a visa stamp 1G; however, most of the job they require stamp 4. Any advices or suggestions I can do to improve my chances of getting jobs in Ireland? Thanks a lot!
