    Who is the best person to assist in the change of ownership of herd number and associated forestry and entitlements?


    Recommendations in Limerick/Clare/Tipperary area welcome.

    Teagasc is the best to do this.as you see the Department of ag are under pressure at the moment but after Christmas they should be able to transfer everything, it's important to keep copies of everything you do online.......they do make mistakes

    No forms till after the first of January when this years scheme ends and the new one starts. We are waiting to transfer entitlements and this is what we were told. Find private planners more efficient.

    We do the entitlement transfers ourselves, there's nothing to it really,,
    herd no probably similar
