01 Yaris - cooling fan won’t turn - already changed stat & sensor

    I’ve 01 Yaris (01 lh 3383), the radiator fan won’t turn on, and engine is getting very hot, this warm weather is causing it to overheat when I’m in traffic for 30 minutes especially after long journey.

    I changed coolant, thermostat and thermostat switch and checked the fan relay but it’s not still not coming on. Power is coming when I run straight from battery.

    Previous owner three years ago sold it and there is a wiring loom with some tape which looks a bit messy, I think they’d a go at problem themselves.

    Any easy way to diagnose without messing up this loom? I don’t wanna lose any ancillaries when I’m looking to fix this.
