Reasonable quote for roofing work?

I got a quote of 2050 euro for some roofing work to be done and just wondering does it seem about right?

Replacing all horizontal sections of guttering front and back and cleaning existing downpipes.
Steam clean of facia boards and soffits.
Redo all lead flashing with code 4 along extension at back of house.(roughly 5 metre span)
Replace 2 velux windows in attics along with flashings.

2 days work for 2 lads.

The quote excludes the windows themselves as they said it would be cheaper for me to source them myself. Found a place that has them with the flashing for 590 euro.

The velux and flashing kits would be the guys of €500 each alone depending on size.

Yeah the quote is excluding those. They said be better off buying them myself as they would just have to charge a markup. Priced them up myself for 590.

    Sounds reasonable.

Got the work done but I noticed a lot of silicone along the inside of the new window, would that be normal?
