Waiting to hear back about loan appoitment

    Hi there,

    I used the online appointment form to try and set up an appointment at one of the branches. I got a text confirming the request and saying that someone will be in contact shortly. This was on Thursday the 1st August and I still haven't heard back yet.

    Should I keep waiting or do I need to re-make the appointment?
