    Hi there
I recently bought a car and I’ve just noticed the interior plastic panel in the back seat has what I assume are dog scratches all over it. Can anyone tell me if this can actually be repaired or replaced before I ask the garage for it?
    Thank you

The seat backs can be replaced and are a common enough thing to break (clips)

Sorry I probably didn’t describe it properly. It’s the area just behind the driver, to the side, where the seatbelt holder is? Thank you

Ah right. All parts can be got. Arguable as to whether a dealer would stump up for a new part unless the car is very new.

It’s not new but was sold to me under the description ‘immaculate’ and the scratches not pointed out to me so hopefully they’ll offer something. No idea how much these things cost.

Kinda looks like damage from the seat belt?

Pic isn’t showing it up well but some scratches are quite deep. I’d be guessing previous owner had a small dog in it

Surprised the dog didn’t chew the leather.
