    Just trying to get a view on the organization as many people have mixed reviews on it.

    Have you had the pleasure or displeasure of dealing with them?

    Planning department are a toothless joke.

    A neighbour built a kind of shanty extension/balcony overlooking my back garden.
    It's built it of scrap bits and pieces and is basically covered in junk. It also caused the back wall to collapse.

    I made complaints for years and they basically kicked the can around until the structure was there too long to do anything about.
