    Hello again,
Out of curiosity whats yer favourite gun oils or lubricants and cleaning tools?

I've used a basic 22 cal. boremop and some MPRO Gun Oil and it seems to work fairly well but maybe there are better alternatives that you lovely people know of?

The oil is okay for a quick clean up but over time you will get deposits building up unless you use a proper cleaning product.

M-Pro 7 Cleaner, from the same company as the oil you are already using, is an excellent product. I've used it on various guns \ calibres with great results.

Use a brush head a few times to clear debris. Put plenty of cleaner through the barrel and leave some inside. Wait 15 minutes and clean out thoroughly. Then use your oil. Then clear out most of the oil . The firearm should be slightly damp with oil when you are finished, not wet.

Also, bore mops are great, especially when you are in a hurry or to avoid stripping a semi every time you clean, but don't clean as good as a cleaning rod.
