Direct flight Dublin to Winter sun in off season....

Hi folks, was wondering what are the best served destinations with direct flights from Dublin airport during the low season ? I presume somewhere like Alicante or Malaga?

We're thinking of buying a small place that we can visit out of season to get a break from the weather. There's a few places with one Ryanair flight but I'd worry that it could get canned and we'd end up with an indirect flight....

    Thanks !

I have an uncle who lives part time between Dublin and Malaga. He travels back and forth year round, usually with Ryanair, and has never had hassle with cancellations or indirect flights (bar that ash cloud).

Another suggestion would be the Canaries if you would migrate that far south :-)

Canaries would be a safe bet I imagine and the Algarve would always have flights year round as well
