Advice on buying a car

Hi all, looking to buy a car.

I do a 70/80 km round trip each day from Monday to Friday. Its mostly motorway driving. Some driving also at the weekends. Will be looking to get a diesel. I am looking to get something around 2015/2016.
I was looking at a Ford Focus but also like the Ford Mondeo. Would like to buy a 2.0L if getting the Mondeo. What are peoples opinions on the 1.6L Mondeo? I know they are under powered compared to the 2.0L but how do people find them on the motorway etc. Would I be better off going for the 2.0L?

    Thanks in advance.

2.0 litre is much more suited to a car that size and weight.

Thanks, Ya I've driven the 2.0 litre before and liked it and would rather have that bit of extra power.
