Swollen knuckles advice

I have swollen knuckles (mid finger) on both hands, like pockets of fluid, bit tender but not sore and I had some pain knees too but no swelling in knees I’ve had for about 4 days now anyone have symptoms and what if turned out to be 38 year old female no family history of arthritis
