    Hi,

    I have a question which I want to ask Ebay. Although it concerns my account the subject matter does not come under any of their listed options. How do I contact them with my particular query. There doesn't seem to be a general enquiry contact facility.

    When you log in to your account. Click on the help and contact section. Pick a random topic like return. Scroll through the page. Eventually you will be brought to a contact page. Contact them through live chat. The person on the other end will be able to transfer you to the correct team if they cannot answer it.
