I'm looking for a new radiator for a 01 Fabia, 1.2 petrol, but there aren't many showing in breakers. Is there any way to find out what other VAG vehicles share components with the car?

Should be the same rad in anything from 2001 to 2013 in those, same in the 03-09 Polo and 1.2 Seat Ibiza and Cordoba.

Might be different rads based on what does/ doesn't have A/C and possibly auto/ manual, but shouldn't be too tricky to track down.

Did you price a new rad, I don't think they are too dear.

That's what I was trying to figure out. What other vehicles from the VAG range will have the same radiator. I know they share components but don't want to end up with a different version.

We've done a bodge that seems to be holding so am just planning ahead it case it fails. Haven't done much looking beyond a quick search for a radiator. Car only cost €200 so not going to spend too much on it.

Anything is too dear for a €200 car :pac: I'd be looking for a Polo personally, they are ten to the penny, shouldn't be too difficult.

Have a look on the nissen radiator parts catalogue if you can find one. See from there what the nissen part number is applicable to.

Search online for a VAG parts fiche and cross ref the part number.
    (I can't recommend a particular site.)
