    Average of 4.8 out of 5 on facebook, 234 people can't be wrong!
    It's for entertainment purposes only(same with all of them) and it looks like she puts on a good show.

    Cold reading is the most common method used, although if she is that obvious about it then it ruins the immersion so I see your point.
    Strange that she has so many good reviews online.

    Actually would that even be considered cold reading?

    The rest of the party had an online search and came across a lot of negativity and down voting of this reader, I know from experience that this can be a personal political thing and has rarely put me off.
