Condensation in Double Glazing

    Hi,
I have a rental property that I am about to sell. I have noticed that a few of the double glazing panes have condensation between the panes. I presume this is because the vacuum has gone between the panes. Is there any way to fix this or will it need to be replaced?
Roughly how much am I talking to replace the pane in one half of a fully glazed patio door?

    Thanks!

depends on the size... to give an idea .....i paid 90 euro for a triple glazed "warm bar" unit recently size was about 1500mm by 550mm ...
Fitted myself - fitting is easy enough (doors require special attention, look up "heel and toe")... you will prob be looking at ~100 for someone to fit it.... or 150-200 if they have to come out and measure it first...
Then add in disposal... Think its recyclable so should be able to bring to a council depot.

not the sort of thing id imagine a house sale would hinge on in this day and age....How many are gone?
