    Has anyone seen the new regulations from the Residential Tenancy Board

    A procession of regulations to restrict landlords rights. No mention of dealing with tenants who don't pay the rent, thrash a property, engage in anti social activity or check if people on HAP scheme are genuinely in need of social housing.
    The RTB can no longer pretend to be an unbiased, independent organisation.
    The only result of all these changes will be to drive more landlords out of the market.
