Sales Funnel - Client onboarding workflow

Hello,
I am looking for a software or app that can create the following automation for client on boarding workflow on our webpage.

These are the basic core steps we need

1 - Client fills in a form online (google sheet or similar format that can transfer data to google sheets)
2 - Submit completed sheet back to us
3 - We create a client private folder in gsuit/google drive to store the (google sheet) form and future docs
4 - We create a report based on the form data and return to the customer folder as a pdf
5 - Inform the customer the study is completed and send contract for next stage. They docusign to pass to next stage
6 - Meanwhile, follow up email reminders to sign contract.
7 - Customer signs the contract with docusign
8 - At/after signature, customer is sent a payment link(stripe)
9 - After payment inform all parties that the engagement begun

Are you looking for something free/Open Source or is what you have you have put in your post more a list of requirements that you would like someone to create for you?

Most of what you have listed can be done in the GSuite apps, but I can't speak for the Stripe integration

Thank you, Yes, GSuite was our first option but the issue is non gmail users having to verify the process.
