    Hi All,
I changed to digiweb from vodafone about 4 months ago after being assured by digiweb that my speeds would be identical after the switch, however that has Not been the case, i had a steady, reliable 75/ 76 down with vf, but best case with digiweb has been 66 down, to a very poor 63 down today. And that was AFTER a call to digiweb and help from a very nice rep. I am left wondering if the FRITZ!Box 7430 is the weak link in the chain after all my time today with tech help and no resolution of my issue. Any thought's are most welcome
    thanks all,

    apophis32.

7430 is showing it's age at this stage they will let you update to the 7530 for a few extra quid advantage of Wireless N 5Ghz & AC + Wireless Mesh, Do they have you on a lower profile due to stability?

    @ The Real B-man,
Thanks for replying man, the guy i was dealing with did Not mention profile, he did say that he was doing a firmware update on the box, that made no difference, then as a last resort he did a factory reset on the box, again no change in speed.
The odd thing was he said he could see the speed my line was capable of (74/ 75 down) there was No line issues and never mentioned profile setting's.
Did a speed test before this post, and got 64 down on a line able for 74/ 75 according to digiweb rep, and which i was getting with vodafone.
    thanks again man,

Ask for them to set your profile to max available and see if it stays stable,
I had a similar issue but turned out was the modem, 7530 is worth the upgrade i have noticed the difference
