Are you taking about a WIFI repeater, the kind of thing that has been around for decades?
Loads of info on google or youtube videos.

Simple answer is no. They half your wireless speed and relay it.

Is it sold by the same company that sold me a device that considerably increases penis size?

    Doesn't work :D

Ok, I disabled adblock this morning and found the advert for this device. All the info they give is full of lies. It is just a repeater and probably not a good one.
If you are having issue with WIFI someone here may be able to help but give as much info as possible about your ISP, Hardware and layout of your house.
