UPS - Address Always Wrong

    Is it just my bad luck or what but they always seem to need a call about the address. As in I check the tracking number and it comes up address incomplete, I call and give them the address.

    First they came for the socialists...

    Is it your full address as per Eircode.ie, and including the eircode?
    It can help to include landmarks in the address e.g. for address line 2 you could put (beside church)

    Full address including eircode. It's like the full address doesn't make it to the UPS label. Now with one company I order from quite a bit if the order value is under a certain amount it goes via regular post and there has never been an issue. Over a certain value and I know I'll need to contact UPS.

    Thats a bug in the retailers website/EPOS.

    Cheers for that, has happened with more than one company though. Not much of an issue though usually delays the item for a day only.
