Scraped/scratched bumper

I had the lovely Monday morning surprise of discovering someone has left a lovely scratch in the front of my car (Honda Insight), it looks like maybe someone scraped it while trying to park. This happened on a public road and there was no note and no CCTV. I've attached a picture, does anyone know how easy this is to get fixed? Would a smart repair company be able to do it or, given that there are a couple of pre-existing smaller marks from loose chippings etc, would I be better off just getting the bumper re-sprayed? I also be grateful if anyone can shed some light on expected costs too.

Really horrible start to the week :(

Bummer, though easily fixed. A Smart repair would be the best bet (Dentpro, they will quote online). A full bumper would be around €300 min done right.

Thanks for your reply, I'll check with them. I've gotten a quote for a full bumper respray on my lunch break there - €320 so you weren't far off!
