Vodafone (SIRO) - Problems / COSTOMER SERVICE

    Vodafone (SIRO)

    On the Thurs 30th May my Home phone and 150mb Broadband went down.
    Rang helpline
    My twin daughters about to start Leaving Cert Exams on Wed 5th June
    Which I informed them “they will need it for their studies”
    and after Restart – On/Off and other ideas they decided to send me
    out a new modem.

    On Thursday connected the New Modem (did not work)
    Restart – On/Off and other ideas they decided to send me another modem.
    Following Tuesday connected the New Modem (did not work)
    Restart – On/Off and other ideas.
    Now I was told they will have to get technicians to look into it!!!!
    Again I told them about my twin daughters doing Leaving Cert Exams.

    Never heard from them again, had to ring numerous times
    Restart – On/Off and other ideas. (did not work).
    Second week in June Rang COMREG. 10 days later they start to look into it.

    Again Never heard from Vodafone again, had to ring numerous times.
    “will send it to technicians to get fixed”

    Receive a call from Vodafone “Would you like to renew your contract”



    Now end of July and still not FIXED.

    Ring numerous times to Vodafone,
    Restart – On/Off and other ideas. (did not work).
    “will send it to technicians to get fixed”

    2 months and 3 bills later.
    Still not fixed!! Leaving Cert over!!!!
    Technicians, Vodafone Helpline and COMREG never contacted us.
