    Does anyone know what this is and how I get rid of it??

    Every time I take my phone off charge this appears. It wasn't there when I got the phone but somehow it's there now

    I've run a scan and found nothing to do with it

    You just need to figure out which app it's coming from. A quick Google search says it could be any number of apps including ES File Explorer and one of the Go apps.

    If you long press on the notification, does it give you a clue to which app is causing it?

    There's nothing to check on the screen unfortunately when the icon appears and then after it disappears there's no 'recent app' to check it against. Driving me nuts

    Have you any battery saver apps, cleaner apps or antivirus apps? They are crap, do nothing and just fill your phone with crapware.
